1. Damaged or incorrect items. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days at info@healthclubza.com with your order number and photos. We will replace it or refund it. 2. Unopened items. Unopened, undamaged products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days for a refund less shipping. Contact us first for a return authorisation. 3. Non-returnable. For safety and integrity of research materials, opened vials/products cannot be returned unless faulty. 4. Refund method and timing.
